South Korea has banned the use of Google map data on foreign servers

As reported by rns.online, South Korea denied the U.S. company Google in the resolution to withdraw the state map data from the country for use on foreign servers, reports Reuters.

According to the statement of Google, it is necessary to intensify worldwide services for drivers and pedestrians.

South Korea referred to the question of security and tensions with neighboring North Korea and said that the withdrawal of such data from the country can be revealed the location of military facilities.
