Burj Khalifa – the tallest ever building in the world, built in Dubai in the UAE. The building is constructed in the form of a stalagmite. Its height is 828 m, and the number of floors is 163.
Originally, the skyscraper was named "Burj Dubai" (Dubai tower), but the Vice President of the UAE decided to dedicate the tower to UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed an-Nahyan and call it "Burj Khalifa" (Burj Khalifa).
The history of the construction of the Burj Khalifa
