A collective meeting was held in Roscartography

11.04.2022

In the assembly hall of Roscartography, a meeting of the company's staff was held dedicated to conducting a special military operation (SVO) on the territory of Ukraine, which is carried out in accordance with Article 51 of Part 7 of the UN Charter, with the sanction of the Federation Council of Russia and in pursuance of the treaties on friendship and mutual assistance with the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic ratified by the Federal Assembly on February 22, 2022. The report was made by the Deputy Director General of Roskartografiya for Security.

The General Director of Roskartografiya opened the meeting. In his opening speech, he noted that due to "the deliberate distortion by the enemy of the goals and objectives of its own and the "throwing" of false information through various channels, it was decided to hold a meeting with the Company's staff, where the Deputy Director General for Security will explain the prerequisites for the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the protection of Donbass, as well as demilitarization and denazification in Ukraine".

The Deputy Director General for Security began his speech by telling about the numerous negotiations of the Russian leadership with representatives of the NATO bloc preceding the start of the SVO. In particular, he explained that Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, represented by the head of the department Sergey Lavrov, consistently brought information about the unacceptability of the expansion of the alliance to the East and the deployment of military bases on the territory of Ukraine and the refusal to conduct military operations against the People's republics and Crimea recognized by Russia. The leadership of the alliance ignored the requests of the Russian leadership, thereby pushing us to take decisive action. "A fight was inevitable, and if it is inevitable, strike first," said the Deputy Director General for Security.

Continuing the report, he added that the placement of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine could lead to the creation of biological weapons and stressed that he himself had become a victim of such inhumane experiments. He expressed hope that the UN, despite pressure from the United States and Britain, will conduct an independent investigation and establish North America's involvement in the development of weapons of mass destruction.

In addition, he stressed that during his service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, he prepared a report on the actions of Ukrainian nationalists in Western Ukraine after the end of the Great Patriotic War. "I turned to the archives of the MGB of the USSR and was amazed at the brutality of the Ukrainian fascists. In the reports of the investigator, it was dryly recorded about their unbridled cruelty, in particular, about the massacres of civilians who did not assist them. Now, during a special military operation, they behave absolutely the same way towards our military who surrendered, it's even painful and scary to tell," said the Deputy Director General for Security.

At the end of his speech, he noted that "we live at the break of epochs and we need to unite and work for the development of our Homeland and for us and our children to live in a world free from fascism."

Summing up the event, the Director General noted that the staff of Roskartography should get together and continue working, thereby supporting our servicemen, the economy and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The meeting ended with a minute of silence for the dead Russian servicemen.
