On site Consultant Plus placed the Decree of the Russian Federation Government dated 12.10.2016 N 1037 "About approval of Rules of establishment of security zones of points of the state geodetic network, state levelling network and the state gravimetric network and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 1996 N 1170"
The decision to establish the buffer zone of the paragraph stating the location of its borders, is accepted by territorial bodies of Federal registration service at the location of the item. In the decision necessarily provides information about the boundaries of protected areas of the item that contains a text and graphical description of the location of boundaries of the zone, the list of coordinates of the characteristic points of these boundaries in the coordinate system established for the conduct of the USRT. The decision to establish the buffer zone for new items is accepted by territorial body of Federal registration service within 15 working days from the date of creation of the item in the prescribed manner. A security zone is established from the date of registration in the prescribed manner information in USRT about its borders.
Within the boundaries of the protected zones shall be prohibited without written consent of the territorial body rosreestra the implementation of activities and works that may cause loss or damage to outdoor signs points to violate the invariance of location specific items or create difficulties to use the items for its intended purpose and free access to them. Without coordination with territorial body of Federal registration service prohibited the demolition of objects of capital construction, structural parts or in the basement in which are located the points, major maintenance, which posted items.
Within the boundaries of protected zones of points allowed to carry out surveying work without the consent of owners and other right holders of these plots. Surveying using gravity points located in the basements of buildings (structures) shall take place after notice of such operations by mail with return receipt requested to the owners or other right holders specified buildings (constructions) not later than 10 days before the date of commencement of such works.
