On site Consultant Plus placed the Government Decree N 1298 03.12.2016 from "On the Federal bodies of Executive power entitled to arrange the creation of map atlases, and establishes requirements to the maintenance of special cards of various types, and definition types of special cards"
It is established that the creation of such atlases has the right to organize, defense Ministry, interior Ministry, transport Ministry, Ministry of health, Investorside, the Ministry of agriculture, Federal state statistics service, Federal registration service, Rosarkhiv, the Agency, Regardie, FANO, FADH, Rosmorrechflot, Rosavtodor, the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Federal Agency for fishery.
In addition, approved the list of types of special cards, as well as the Federal bodies of Executive power, which establishes requirements for the maintenance of special maps of various types.
The decree comes into force from 1 January 2017.
