Published rules for the creation of a single electronic cartographic base

As reported d-russia.ru the decision of the government of the Russian Federation from 03.11.2016 № 1131 "On approval of Rules for creation and updates a single electronic cartographic basis" published on the official portal of legal information.

As follows from the document, the creation and updating the cartographic basis for the purpose of providing public authorities, local self-government bodies, physical persons and legal entities spatial data provided by the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography or on the basis of the decision of its subordinate Federal state budgetary institution.

To create a cartographic basis used is presented in electronic form, materials and spatial data contained in the public funds of spatial data.

Creation of a cartographic basis is carried out by combining starting materials in the database and converting it into a format that provides the opportunity to work with state information systems management cartographic basis. Before the commissioning of the state information managing system of cartographic bases of the creation of a cartographic basis is carried out without combining the source materials in the database and its transformation, the document says.

The information obtained in the order of information interaction of the Unified state register of real estate and information systems for urban planning, are included in the mapping data bases that are marked "background" and are used to monitor the relevance of the cartographic basis.
To monitor the relevance of cartographic basis in addition to the information contained in the Unified state register of real estate and information systems for urban planning can be used other documents containing information about the condition of the area.

The decree comes into force on 1 January 2017.
