Roscartography took part in a round table on the topic of information and telecommunication technologies in topogeodetic and navigation support in the interests of national security of the state, held within the framework of the Interpoltech forum. The organizer was the company JSC "GLONASS".
Sergey Karutin, General Director of Roscartography, took part in a panel discussion, during which he spoke about the work of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as about the prospects for the development of geodesy and cartography, as well as about the use of geospatial data for the implementation of national projects in Russia. During the event, the current state and prospects for the development of the GLONASS system, the development and production of components for modern modes of transport were also discussed.
The meeting was moderated by Igor Chursin, Deputy Director General for Technical Policy of GLONASS JSC. The speakers were also Alexey Bolkunov, Head of the laboratory of the State Corporation Roscosmos, Anton Semiletov, General Director of JSC SPC ELVIS, Dmitry Lobanov, Head of the Department of FSUE NIIR, Dmitry Batakov, director of the Association Consortium of Enterprises in the Field of Automotive Electronic Devices and Telematics.
