As reported d-russia.ru published the decree of the government of the Russian Federation from 01.12.2016 № 1276 "On the procedure for information interaction of the state information system of maintenance of a single electronic cartographic basis with information systems of ensuring town-planning activity".
The rules establish the procedure for information interaction of the state information system of maintenance of a single electronic cartographic basis with information systems of ensuring town-planning activity in order to update the cartographic basis, and the list of information contained in the town planning system and used for the purpose of updating the cartographic basis.
The decree comes into force from 1 January 2017.
