On April 27th 2022, the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 167n dated 03/24/2022 "On approval of the professional standard "Specialist in cartography and geoinformatics" was registered.
The standard sets the main goal of professional activity to create and use cartographic works, geoinformation systems, spatial databases. The standard describes the work functions, the necessary skills and knowledge.
Development organizations: JSC "Roscartography", MIIGAiK, SGUGiT, Council for Professional Qualifications in the field of engineering surveys, urban planning, architectural and construction design.
