As reported evpatoriya.today, the State Committee for state registration and cadastre of the Republic of Crimea started to create large-scale 3D maps of objects of real estate of Crimea. This was announced by the Chairman of the state registry Committee Alexander Spiridonov.
Specialists of the state land supervision, land management and monitoring of the state registry Committee have undergone training in the program "Panorama" that allows you to create 3D models of objects of real estate and to check compliance with the target land use. "The electronic model will allow for land monitoring in real time, easily and accurately determine the outputs for parcel boundaries, and compliance intended use.
Technically, this bitmap will be the substrate on which the design information from the Unified state register of rights to immovable property and transactions with it and State cadastre of real estate. Inspectors will be able to regularly update the map data on the results of land inspections," — said Alexander Spiridonov. Software geographic information systems allows you to create and edit digital maps and plans of cities, building 3D models, processing of raster data.
In the Crimea, only a few professionals who work with this software. They also participate directly in the creation of the all-Crimean map.
