First Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov and Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukayev presented the staff of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography (Rosreestr) a new head of Department Victoria Abramchenko. Victoria Abramchenko by order of the Government of the Russian Federation was appointed Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation-the head of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography.
"Before the Federal registration service has a vital role to help the business to grow, and the government to protect the owner's title. When the protected title of the owner of the Agency also appears a function – to develop a quality database of real estate to the tax office saw it to charge the tax," − said the first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.
The Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukayev said that the creation of this post will enable you to combine regulatory work conducted at the site of the Ministry, with practical work on creation of unified information system of real estate performed by the Rosreestr. Alexei Ulyukayev said that the Ministry of economic development of Victoria Abramchenko will monitor the work of the Department of real estate.
Victoria Abramchenko thanked first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of economic development for the trust. "Before the Service is difficult task we have in a short period of time, for 2.5 months, to ensure the establishment of a unified registration system of real estate. The second important task of building the quality assurance of the single registry of real estate that is necessary for the effective development of the real estate market" − said Victoria Abramchenko.
Victoria Abramchenko working in the field of land and property relations since 1998. Prior to his appointment as head of the Rosreestr, she served as the state Secretary − Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation. In 2011 – 2012 Victoria Abramchenko, he was Deputy head of Rosreestr.
