On April 25-27, 2018, the XIV international exhibition and scientific Congress "Interexpo GEO-Siberia-2018"will be held in Novosibirsk. The forum is organized by "Siberian state University of geosystems and technologies"; the government of the Novosibirsk region, the Mayoralty of the city of Novosibirsk, JSC "Roskartografiya"; IEC "Novosibirsk Expocentre". The forum is supported by the office of the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of Russia in the Siberian Federal district, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography, the International Federation of surveyors, the International society of photogrammetry and remote sensing, the International cartographic Association, the International society "Digital Earth", the German Union of surveyors.
Forum № 1 in Russia: XIV international exhibition and scientific Congress "Interexpo GEO-Siberia-2018" is the largest international platform in Russia, which has a huge resource for the formation of the digital economy of the state.
The purpose of the Forum is to support a global interdisciplinary platform for the exchange of best practices and experience, to expand contacts and cooperation between Russian and foreign expert communities, as well as representatives of public and business circles.
"Interexpo GEO-Siberia-2018" forum for the fourteenth year in a row is a transnational platform for multilateral and interdisciplinary dialogue in the field of geo-industry, which determines the strategy of spatial development of territories: design and construction of buildings and engineering structures, road transport infrastructure on the BIM-technology platform. Particular importance in the work of the Forum is given to the integration of all information resources of the territories in a single geographic information space, land management, cadastre, rational use of territories and natural resources for all sectors of the economy, law and judicial examination in the field of land and property relations for oil and gas, construction and other companies. Traditionally, the Forum pays great attention to the latest digital technologies in all areas of the economy and the defense and security of the state: smart CITY technologies, 3D-technologies, technologies of unmanned aerial vehicles and remote sensing of the Earth.
The business program of the international scientific Congress includes conferences, plenary sessions, panel discussions, foresight sessions, round tables, seminars, workshops and presentations. According to the results of the Congress, it is planned to publish collections of materials, including in English (collections of materials are included in the RSCI system).
